Mr. Vitaliy Gavrylyk is a dedicated nurse practitioner working at CityChoice Medical & Diagnostics. He has extensive experience in delivering health care focused on a compassionate and holistic evaluation of patients. Mr. Gavrylyk completed his bachelor’s degree at Plattsburgh State University. He then earned his master’s degree I adult gerontology nursing from the City University of New York, Staten Island. He also has certification in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Mr. Gavrylyk speaks English, Russian, as well as Ukrainian, and as conversational fluency in Polish. He is proactive, supportive, and makes sure he delivers appropriate care to each patient.
