Craig was born in New Jersey and raised in sunny south Florida by his father (a musician) and mother (a registered nurse), along with his older sister (also a registered nurse & Army veteran). His first career was in the restaurant world. He then decided to obtain his bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Barry University and promptly began travel nursing to places such as Hawaii, Jacksonville, Orlando, and Washington, DC. He settled in the DMV and proceeded to obtain his master’s degree in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. He resides in Springfield with his wife and their two cats.
In his spare time, Craig is a foodie who enjoys finding new and interesting restaurants here in the DMV. He is a voracious reader and also likes seeing live music in small venues. Craig watches & attends games to support his childhood teams: the Miami Dolphins, Florida Panthers, Miami Marlins, Miami Heat, and the University of Miami Hurricanes. He did recently catch an incurable case of Caps fever. He is also an avid New York Times crossword puzzle enthusiast who considers crossword puzzles as training for his ultimate goal: appearing on the game show Jeopardy!
