Counseling & therapy
Provide a comfortable and caring space for individuals to explore and express their thoughts and feelings. My approach is holistic and client-centered. I strive to enhance clients’ strengths to increase self-awareness and implement positive change. The modalities for treatment I use include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, occasional role-play, and solution-focused therapy. I obtained my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at Adelphi University, and I attended Molloy College for CASAC-Training. I’ve worked with clients in various settings. Including mental health clinics, an assisted living facility, a therapeutic community for substance abuse treatment, two developmental disability residences, and a family homeless shelter.
