Dr. Mary Osborne, MD


Dr. Osborne received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Military Institute, her medical degree from the University of Virginia, and completed her psychiatry residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Her career in the military has taken her worldwide and provided the opportunity to practice psychiatry in in-patient and outpatient settings, and for civilian and military hospitals. She has extensive experience in office-based treatment and telemedicine.

Dr. Osborne strives to make her patients feel welcome and embraced throughout their mental health journey. She is able to meet her clients exactly where they are and create a safe space for healing while offering gold-standard evidenced-based treatment. Her approach to psychiatry is one of partnership and collaboration. She sees telemedicine as an effective and convenient way to reach more people in need without sacrificing the level of care.

Dr. Osborne has extensive training in PTSD and military-specific issues, and years of experience treating patients with anxiety-based disorders and depression. When not working, she indulges her passion for exploration and adventure. She loves to stay active and travel as much as possible.
