My specialty is helping individuals improve their workplace performance and create a better work-life balance across a variety of industry and leadership positions. Other areas of focus include stress management, relationship/interpersonal concerns, anxiety and depression, loss/bereavement, life transitions, anger management, and substance abuse education.
I am a psychotherapist in Connecticut (LCSW) and New York (LMSW). I earned my M.S. in Social Work from Columbia University, with concentrations in clinical practice and business. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Smith College.
