Sarah Gerber, LCSW
Sarah Gerber is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor born and raised in Houston, Texas. She earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston Graduate School of Social Work.
Sarah has worked as a therapist for adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and dual diagnoses in private practice as well as inpatient and outpatient hospitals. She is currently in training for certification in Trauma Focused Equine Assisted Psychotherapy by Natural Lifemanship which emphasizes the importance of connected relationships with others, whether human or animal.
Sarah’s specialty areas include family and couples therapy, depression and anxiety, sexuality and identity, relationship issues, grief and loss, LQBTQ issues, adolescent issues, mood disorders, trauma, and stress.
