Sports/School Physical
25-minute appointment
  • A school physical includes a routine physical exam and a review of your child's medical history. Some measurements and evaluations we'll review are heigh and weight, blood pressure, lymph nodes, neck and chest, and more. We will also review your child's records of illness, medications and confirm if your child is up-to-date on immunizations according to state guidelines.
  • A sports physical is similar to a school physical, but we will also help determine if your child is physically able to participate in a certain sport safely.
