Things to keep in mind
- • Appointment does not include services related to disability assessment and paperwork, worker's compensation claims, and/or controlled medicine or prescriptions.
- • Medicine refills will be provided on a case-by-case basis and will not be given more than 90 days in advance without an additional in-person visit.
- • This service is for ages 18-64 only.
- • All prescriptions will be made at the discretion of the provider. Some medications may require a shorter refill limit.
About the provider
Dr. Kiana Long is a board certified family physician in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. She received her medical degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in 2008 and completed residency training at University of Missouri Kansas City Family Medicine Residency program in 2011. Prior to that she completed her undergraduate studies at Prairie View A&M University in 2003. She currently resides in Lee’s Summit with her husband, five children and beloved black Labrador Retriever, Kingston.
