Includes a follow up phone call to review labs, which will be mailed to patient.
Includes completion of forms for School or Work, (Does not include DOT paperwork).

NO controlled substances, muscle relaxers, or sexual dysfunction medications prescribed. Medication refills are only for a 30 day period.
Marsha has been a nurse for 45 years and practiced as a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for 22 years. She has extensive experience and study in Primary care and Chronic Disease Management. She is also experienced in preventive and alternative approaches to health including foods as medicine and supplemental support.
Marsha sub-specializes in early detection of risk factors for disease. She offers and interprets a broad range of specialized tests including some genetics-based testing. Having these results allows the opportunity for early treatment, or even total prevention, of many disease processes. Marsha feels strongly that knowledge is power.
