Introduction to Direct Primary Care (DPC) visit, a membership-based primary care office.
This booking includes your initial clinic visit (50 minutes) to establish a relationship with your primary care provider. This visit may address any health or medical issues you may have, and covers your first month of in-office primary care services. If you choose to enroll in the DPC membership at Antioch Med, that will be arranged for an additional monthly charge.
Antioch Med DPC membership provides a vast array of care for common health problems including prevention, sickness, injuries, and chronic disease management under a personal physician. The membership fee covers -without additional fees- all communications (phone calls, text, emails), regular clinic visits, and some in office testing. Members also get access to deeply discounted services such as labs, medications, imaging, and procedures.
Things to keep in mind:
No controlled substances, muscle relaxers, or sexual dysfunction medications prescribed during this visit.
