Dr. Elizabeth Morgan, MD, is a board certified Family Medicine physician born and raised in Arkansas. She graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, with a BA in Sociology and Anthropology. She completed her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. She then ventured to Redding, California, for her family medicine residency at the UCDavis Shasta Community Health Center program.
Dr. Morgan has a diverse career background, including full-scope family medicine with obstetrics, geriatrics, and a fellowship at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine. She has cherished her experience learning from and working with the most vulnerable populations in each community, including those overcoming socioeconomic challenges, opioid addiction and homelessness.
Dr. Morgan uses a combination of complementary health modalities and evidence-based pharmaceuticals for both chronic and acute conditions. She is an empathic listener who encourages patients to recognize their own innate ability to heal their body, mind, and spirit. She has a particular interest in mental healthcare, driven by a strong family history and her own personal journey of healing trauma, grief, and burnout.
