When you decide to participate in therapy, you begin the path of self-discovery, creating more room to live your life to its fullest potential, and I would be honored to walk with you on this journey. In collaboration, we discuss and discover what is keeping you from being who and where you want to be, and we then uncover solutions that can make those changes happen.
I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, and trauma, and my goal is to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental environment in which we can work together. I believe in meeting you where you are at with respect, compassion and understanding.
My approach is strength-based, goal oriented, and solution focused. I have additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy as well.
