He is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and earned his Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Nurses Association and practices evidence-based, patient-centered medicine.
Mr. Murillo has extensive clinical experience working in Level I Trauma Centers, county inner-city hospital systems, emergency departments, urgent care, and primary care settings with integrated multi-specialty services.
