My doctor had recently moved and I needed my blood pressure medicine refilled. I contacted Sesame care and the doctor was quick courteous, and I was able to pick up my prescription that evening at my pharmacy and the pharmacy pharmacist billed my insurance and I didn’t have to pay anything so great experience

This provider compared being late to my scheduled online appointment with “average wait times at urgent care centers” — which makes no sense for a virtual consult booked in advance. I’ve used Sesame multiple times and never had this issue. I’m finding a different provider.
