Dr. Carlos was awesome. Took me earlier than my appointment time and listened to what was going on with me and prescribed an antibiotic right away. He will definitely be my "go to guy" if i need future care. It's nice to feel heard by a Dr. You don't get much of that anymore. Thanks Dr. Carlos.🙂

He did not log into the video session and instead texted me. He did not answer when I called and when he called me back said that our session would just be through the call. I have done sesame before and even though they are telemedicine sessions, I felt that it was more effective and interpersonal care from the provider. I did not get that from Dr.Carlo, I did not feel heard and I felt like he just wanted to give me a prescription for whatever I asked for.

I've been seeing Dr. Oller for my prescription refills for blood pressure medication and have been very pleased with the treatment given. There seems to be a 'glitch' every now and then between SesameCare and my pharmacy, but by staying on top of it from the beginning it all works out. I am very pleased with Dr. Oller and would recommend him to anyone looking for a good telehealth Doctor.
