He did not log into the video session and instead texted me. He did not answer when I called and when he called me back said that our session would just be through the call. I have done sesame before and even though they are telemedicine sessions, I felt that it was more effective and interpersonal care from the provider. I've been seeing Dr. Oller for my prescription refills for blood pressure medication and have been very pleased with the treatment given. There seems to be a 'glitch' every now and then between SesameCare and my pharmacy, but by staying on top of it from the beginning it all works out. Very attentive, understood what I was explaining.

Provider did not show up to appointment and did not attempt to reach out to reschedule. Clearly this provider does not have respect for people’s time.
