I would not have this provider do any new medication just refills. This visit was nothing like another telemedicine appointment I had.

Dr Ogbu was wonderful. I felt very much respected and he was thorough, yet quick and efficient with our time. Highly recommend!!! Will be using him moving forward for my mental health needs.

The provider was amazing and I will continue to use him because he has skills are very sharp and what I need. However, there was a mistake made last visit that was not rectified by the customer service team so moving forward, I will continue to see this doctor not because of sesame care quality service but because he’s an amazing doctor. I explicitly explained that part of my medication had been left off and all they could do is tell me to pay for another visit. I even asked them to just send him a quick email and he would make it right and they refused. Very nice doctor, seemed patient with me and listened to me. He confirmed my needs for immediate attention although I’m dealing with Anxiety and not blood sugar variation as I suspected. Tele Health needs to be advertised more, if you live in a place that you have a problem seeing doctors in person there are other avenues!

He seemed annoyed that I needed him to reexplain why he thought I needed to take a certain medication because I didn't understand the first time. I had also told him that I was a nurse and that's probably how I got sick because I get exposed and he was like "you're a nurse right" in a demeaning, belittling way trying to make me feel stupid on educating myself on the medication he was prescribing. He readily offered help with prescriptions and went above and beyond by identifying issues I had not considered. Was extraordinarily helpful, walked us through what they thought was going on, gave us next steps for a more accurate diagnosis and was extremely empathetic.

Guy was a jerk. I tried being friendly, but was met with a sour, monotone response. He didn't even turn his video on. Spent two minutes with me, asked zero questions and shut me off. He did fill a prescription I was seeking, but he was not representative of the shiny happy people show on your website. Probably won't use Sesame Care again.
