Telehealth visit (existing patient)

Although I had to wait for 30 minutes, I ended up calling the number on the appointment reminder and the staff was very helpful. They had us stay on the virtual call and got untouched with him to let him know we were still waiting. He was apologetic and as with any doctor sometimes their appointments run over.
