I would give a 3/5 stars. He addressed the problem and gave a solution. But didn't really seem to care. I was on the call a total of 4 minutes and asked 2 questions and then it was done. APRN Joseph Isibor has been for over a year I have had him and today the perfect provider - attentive, kind, responsive, and makes sure my medical needs (in this case prescriptions) are done and submitted within minutes to the Costco Pharmacy. When I had problems with Costco Pharmacy (not intentional) he was so good in solving that problem and made sure I got my meds. He is a great doctor, he cares, and listens. But getting the rxs is difficult, electronically. Walgreens always doesnt have it. I think its walgreens problem, not the doctor.
