Doctor never showed up, so my review is that I paid money but never received care

He never showed up!

Very kind physician. He is always super helpful and considerate, asking if there are any additional needs.

Dr. Amin was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with my hair concerns. Extremely professional, would highly recommend.

Started with a bladder infection late on a Friday night. Found this group online and made an appointment. Doc was on time, took my symptoms and sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. Was able to pick up next day and am now feeling much better. Very quick and easy when my doc was not available.

Was not able to connect despite having window open. Did not receive a call either. I saw that the Dr indicated he left a voice mail, did not receive.

Dr.Amin somehow didn’t list many of the symptoms mentioned during call and didn’t provide any directive as far as recovery or next steps. Mentioned symptoms in notes I never mentioned. Felt rushed and like he only cared about the quick pay.

He did not attend visit. Refund immediately

The information the doctor provided was not the information I provided. The call only lasted 3 minutes. He never took the time to listen to my issues. He prescribed prednisone; however, I dont see the prescription in the notes. I told him I had a cough from previously having Covid. Nothing that he noted did I say. This is unethical. His notes were fraudulent. that I gave him. The time was alotted for 15 minutes; however, the appointment only lasted 3 minutes. I never said I was achy or tired. I said I had Covid 3 weeks ago. Since that time I have been coughing uncontrollably. I requested prednisone and Flovent which I do not see in the notes. Great doctor fast and easy service

I found the history taken by Dr. Amir to be rather short and incomplete. When I reviewed the post visit notes, it contained information that the Dr. Had not actually discussed with me but was listed as having been “discussed with the patient”. I am a medical professional (Vetetinarian) and am acutely aware of the need to make sure my clients understand risks, benefits of treatment and have an understanding of possible side effects of treatments offered.I found the history taken by Dr. Amir to be rather short and incomplete. A doctors note would have been helpful.

Prescribed me a medication that is over the counter, after insisting it is not, after I had stated it would not work for me.

Dr. Noor Amin is friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and gets straight to the issue at hand. He shows to be caring and empathetic. I definitely recommend him to anyone being as he has a wide range of medical expertise in several different areas of medicine. Great Doctor all around!

Called me before our appointment began and asked if we could start early on the phone instead of on the video call. He was very to the point and didn't spend much time asking follow up questions or getting information, but it was quick and easy. I got what I needed, but I imagine if I had needed more actual medical help then I would have been disappointed. Dr. Amin was right on time and very considerate. He actually called me when I was having trouble with the connection at first, and that impressed me. He was calm and asked the right questions and was exactly what I hoped for. He was good

Quick and easy. I got my prescription for hypertension. So much better than the other online health services.

He's great. He let me know that he was available earlier, so I didn't have to wait longer to receive an immidiate care.

The Dr. was on time and very helpful.

Dr. Noor is super caring, he listens to you and care for symptoms. He doesn’t rush and he is always on time.
