I am licensed in Florida with 10 years of professional work experience. My professional work experience is mostly in inpatient acute medical settings, which has given me thousands upon thousands of face-to-face hours with a very broad span of people, personalities, situations.
My life experience also is pretty significant to my therapeutic approach: personally, daily I navigate through life with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and truthfully, it's unlikely that I will not be able to authentically relate to you. When helpful, I'll share my own experiences, and I feel that this helps curate a genuine trust that leads to better therapy outcomes.
