Very late or no show every time. She is great and caring to talk to but clearly trying to build business on many fronts and reliability is zero. When it comes to patients and their care good intentions and a nice bedside manner are not enough.

Ms. Simon was one of the most thorough, empathetic and compassionate providers I have ever met with, on or off this platform. She answered all of my questions and not once did I feel rushed, judged or stupid. Will definitely book her again in the future if needed.
