Nobody showed up

This visit was discouraging. I didn’t feel like the provider really cared to know what the clinical picture was. Instead of asking questions she came in with assumptions and an angry, impatient, somewhat aggressive manner. Definitely would not recommend this provider.

She listened well and was very helpful!

Didn’t see any provider

She was disrespectful and impatient when we had technical difficulty. Impolite during the appointment as well. At the end of the day I got the help I needed but definitely not with proper professionalism.

Listens and genuinely cares about the patient.

I was on the call from 9:54am to 10:38am and providor did not show

Poor provider never even showed save yourself time and money do not book with her!

Jennifer Fix was such a thorough provider. Spent time explaining my diet issues and eating disorder. She was great.

I was in desperate need and I stumbled across this on the Internet. Made a quick appointment at 6 AM and it was really easy to do. The doctor had me off the phone and prescription sent to my pharmacy within 15 minutes. Absolutely a godsend!

I didn't see the doctor. I joined the video call and was waiting for someome to show up then the call ended itself and I never spoke with anyone.

She listened attentively to my conversation and asked a number of questions to make sure she could make the right decision

I called with a bad cold I asked for some medicine within 30 seconds. She said she couldn’t give me anything and I ended the call.

She was great!! She was very helpful and knowledgeable and kind. I will definitely ask to see her again.

Quick response and immediate prescriptions

I had a great appointment with Jennifer. My experience with Jennifer was much better than other appts I've had. She asked questions to get a more thorough idea of what was going on, and after her diagnosis she gave me a lot of useful information. I will definitely work with her again!
