It helps to ease pain, tenderness, and limitations of motion to help you get back on your feet and living your life free of restrictions.
How does cyclobenzaprine work?
Cyclobenzaprine acts on your central nervous system to block nerve impulses (or pain sensations) that are sent to your brain helping your muscles to relax.

What is the typical starting dose of cyclobenzaprine?
The typical starting dosage is based on your medical condition and response to treatment. For most patients, the recommended starting dose is 5 mg three times a day. Based on how the patient is responding, the dose may be increased to either 7.5 mg or 10 mg three times a day.
Your doctor may deem that you need a different dosage. Use cyclobenzaprine only as prescribed by your doctor. Do not increase your dose or use it more often than prescribed.
