Topical minoxidil should be applied to the scalp twice daily, in the morning and evening. Ensure the scalp is dry before application, and avoid shampooing your hair for at least four hours after applying the medication. Wash your hands thoroughly after each use to avoid spreading the medication to other parts of your body.
