Adam Moskowitz, MD, is a gastroenterologist with 23 years of experience. Patients describe his approach as open, and he values conversation and connection with those he cares for.
Dr. Moskowitz trained in internal medicine and gastroenterology at Winthrop University Hospital. He earned his BA in Biology from Brandeis University and his MD from Tel Aviv University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Mercy Medical Center in Rockville Centre. He served as a clinical instructor at Mount Sinai from 2002 to 2009 and is a member of ACP, AGA, NYSGE, and ASGE.
He enjoys talking with and relating to patients.
His path into medicine was, in his words, “my only choice!” Growing up with siblings who had Crohn’s disease and losing his grandfather to colon cancer made gastroenterology feel like a natural calling.
