Ashley Wiltcher was awesome. She joined the meeting on time showing respect for my time. She paraphrased my comments back to me to ensure she understood my concerns as well as my request. I definitely felt heard. She faxed my orders to my imaging provider and provided copies to me. Awesome customer service experience!
