Life is full of ups and downs and sometimes a little extra help processing those ups and downs makes all the difference! I take a relaxed and nonjudgmental approach to therapy and I believe that all individuals can understand and regulate their emotions once given the tools to do so. I offer clients new perspectives and potential solutions for reoccurring stressors and emotional issues. The goal is to improve overall quality of life by using various strategies that cater to the individual needs of the client.
