It has always been a passion of Dameisha’s to be a caretaker. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2012 and continued her education because she wanted more autonomy to be able to help patients further.
Dameisha feels patients should have a say in their care. Her patients need to have a voice so they can collectively come up with a care plan that is most suitable for each individual's personalized care.
