Friendly and efficient

I feel I can be honest with her that I don’t really like going to the doctors and this over the phone thing is lovely for the few things I need.

The provider prescribed the wrong number of days for the medicine so the pharmacy wouldn’t fill the prescription

Delani Lima was kind and professional. She listened to my history and promptly prescribed an antibiotic which I have already started.

She was very distracted during my appointment her camera was off. I've been using Sesame for quite some time usually seeing Dr.Murillo however he wasn't available. This provider must have nit even reviewed anything in my chart via medical hx, medications...nothing. Then when she sent my Rx over for refill she didn't do it for 3mnths like it is normally done for. My second appointment and as usual it was a breeze. Timely, ample questions, a good listener, and supportive.

Unfortunately this provider could care less about my concerns . I had to repeat my concerns several times and she still could not give me a straight forward answer. She also wrote in my summary that she asked me a bunch of different questions and she did not . I will now have to spend even more money to get a second opinion because she was more interested in the person coming into her office space than my concerns . I understand that some questions have limited awnsers due to everything being discussed over the phone but to be so unprofessional was just shocking to me. The only thing she was interested in was having me rebook for a follow up. Absolutely not after how our appointment went .
