Hi It’s Derrick “Doc Woody or Woody” Woodbury, though I am not a MD or PhD clients and peers have allowed me that adopted title. I look forward to helping you discover the best version of you. I most comfortable with mild to moderate mental disorders with the most experiences in mood disorders, grief, anxiety, anger management, couples/family issues, depression, adjustment disorders, and minor groups (ie. African Americans, LBGTQ+, faith based). It can be difficult to navigate mental health no matter who you are. I have 10+ years of counseling experience from public sector, independent contract, and private practice experiences.
