Very rude, insensitive and actually insulted me on a personal level. Have never had such an encounter with a clinician.

Very courteous and professional during the appointment. He was available in the virtual meeting right at the appointment time and was patient with my tech issue while also quickly assessing my needs and getting and ordering my prescription. He was also informative and answered all my questions, I would definitely book with them again!
