The provider called ahead of schedule and provided a solution. However, she lacked patience. As a first time user of telehealth, it would have been helpful for her to briefly explain the process, inquire about my concern, and provide a solution with care. A solution was provided, but the level of intentionally and care can be improved. Nevertheless, I appreciate her assistance.
