I found that the Dr. wasn't really listening to the full spectrum of my symptoms and was fixated on one symptom (green sputum) to determine I needed antibiotics. Turns out, I have COVID, and even after she was made aware of what, persistent in that I should take antibiotics.

I must admit, I’ve been quite hesitant to write this review for Farhana Butt — not because she doesn’t deserve it, but because she’s so exceptional, I worry she might become too popular and make it harder to get an appointment! I had a wonderful visit with My provider Farhana Butt. She was so attentive and so knowledgeable. She had quick answers that made so much sense to an average person. I needed to urgently be seen for being out of meds. This was the smoothest process and if I didn’t already have a doctor I’d definitely continue care here.

Farhana was great! I recently found out I have high blood pressure and have been stressed out about finding a primary care physician, as I’m uninsured. This was my first time using Sesame care and also my first time doing a virtual/video visit with a doctor. I am very impressed! She was able to get me started on a prescription right away and outlined for me a clear plan of actions to take to get my blood pressure under control. She explained things clearly, and certainly seems to have extensive experience treating this condition. I’m looking forward to following up with her - I feel confident that she will be able to help me get this under control.
