Finette Alvarez is a resident of the East Texas area and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner for 14 years. She graduated from Tennessee State University and moved to Longview, Texas in 2009. She has always had a passion for helping people and works wholeheartedly in everything she does.
We provide Family Medicine from children to adults, DOT physicals and School physicals. For School physicals and DOT physicals Olive Branch Medical Services will come to your location for convenience.
