My name is Francine Nosworthy and I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who specializes in primary care, chronic disease management, acute care, preventative, health, women's health and telemedicine. I have been practicing as a nurse practitioner for 10 years and I am an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am able to treat symptoms related to conditions, such as weight loss, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, anxiety, depression, minor infections, and women's health concerns among others. I chose to go into the medical professional cause of my passion for improving access to healthcare, especially for underinsured an underserved populations. What I enjoy most, is building trusting relationships with patients and empowering them to take charge of their health. I bring a compassionate, patient centered approach to care, blending evidence, based practice with cultural sensitivity. Patients often describe my style as approachable, thorough, and supportive. My goal is to ensure that every patient feels heard, understood, and confident in their care plan.
