I signed up based on a misleading article. I completed a form online then had to repeat all of the same information on the phone. I was on the video call yet the doctor phoned me instead 15 minutes late. She was not familiar with the product offered. Waste of time and money and still haven’t been reimbursed or notified of my cancellation of plan.
