Jean Eva is the author of two books that have been helpful to clients personally and professionally: “Soft Skills for Tough Issues: Fostering Interpersonal Relationships in the Workplace” and “How to Get the Most from Counseling and Coaching: A Guide for Neophytes, a Review for the Rest of Us.
Jean Eva has a number of tools in her toolkit to help you deal with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Among her tools are clinical hypnosis, Inner Child Work, and dreamwork, all of which allow for deeper healing. Not only is she a member of the Trauma Specialists group in the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy - she is also a level II EMDR practitioner and a Brain Spotting clinician.
