Dr. Luo was very receptive to my needs. This was my first time trying Sesame, but I decided to give it a chance because I'm mostly housebound due to health issues. I scheduled an appointment for a prescription refill, but Dr. Luo covered much more than I anticipated. After discussing my concerns and health issues, Dr. Luo had helpful ideas and suggestions. Patient, thorough, specific and accurate - can't really ask for more

Dr. Luo was thorough with the diagnosis, asking a lot of detailed questions. She explained to me that my son didn't need antibiotics and prescribed some medicine to relieve the symptom. And she was right! My son did recover without taking any antibiotics. Very satisfied with Dr. Luo and will come to see her again in the future.
