Dr. Bracy graduated from Georgetown University with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Economics. He completed his Post-baccalaureate Premedical Certificate at New York University and went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society upon graduation. For his postdoctoral residency training, he completed the General Practice Residency at the Manhattan Veterans Affairs Hospital.
During his training, Dr. Bracy was awarded the National Hispanic Health Foundation Professional Student Scholarship and Pierre Fauchard Academy Scholarship. The American College of Dentists awarded him the Outstanding Student Leader Award, and he received the Student Leadership Award from Delta Dental. He served as President of his chapter of the American Student Dental Association and the American Dental Education Association. The American Student Dental Association awarded him the Award of Excellence, as well as the Gold Crown Award for the best nationally published article "HIV Testing in the Dental Setting." He enjoys caring for developmentally disabled patients and received the Award for Highest Achievement in the Dental Care for Persons with Disabilities by the Special Care Dentistry Association.
Dr. Bracy is an active member of the American Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and the New York County Dental Society. He is also an active member of the Hispanic Dental Association, and the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association.
