Kerleine Rosemey, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Autonomous Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in primary care, chronic disease management, transitional care, preventive health, and weight loss management, and has been practicing as a Nurse Practitioner since 2020 with over 17 years of total nursing experience. She is a proud member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She offers care in the following languages: English and Haitian Creole.
She is able to treat symptoms of acute and chronic conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory infections, minor illnesses, weight management concerns, and preventive care needs.
Kerleine chose to go into the medical profession because of her passion for helping people live healthier, fuller lives.
