Everything went fine but there was some spelling errors on the doctor's note.

Provider was over an hour late to the appointment with no communication about delays. Appointment was extremely short and impersonal, where he just asked me what I wanted and wrote a script. I would have liked for the provider to spend more time understanding my symptoms and taking me through what he thinks I might be suffering from.
