I recently had an appointment with Dr. Kiran Babu Lachireddy, and my experience was excellent. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Provider was over an hour late to the appointment with no communication about delays. Appointment was extremely short and impersonal, where he just asked me what I wanted and wrote a script. I would have liked for the provider to spend more time understanding my symptoms and taking me through what he thinks I might be suffering from.
