I began my nursing career in 1998 at Audubon Hospital in Lousiville, KY. Through the years I have worked in med-surg, orthopedics, and bariatrics. I have worked with adult and pediatric ventilator patients, in outpatient surgery and my most recent experience was in wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatment. Having worked in health care, I have learned how important it is to maintain optimal health. My goal is to help our community balance their health and wellness by offering education and healthy regimens for daily maintenance. Part of balancing health and wellness is managing a busy lifestyle. I understand busy and offer telehealth to help
