I firmly believe the body is designed to heal itself, and blend the worlds of western and eastern medicine, taking a naturopathic approach with my clients. I currently work in an outpatient one-on-one setting with both children and adults, assisting with mental health, gut health/GI concerns, eating disorders, acute and chronic illness, pregnancy, weight loss & gain, overall health, etc. I also have experience working on staff with a mental health, substance use, and addiction treatment center. My goal is to continue to expand my knowledge in all realms, both eastern and western medicine, so I can better guide my clients to their ultimate health.
