Lorie Poston, DNP, FNP, AGACNP, provides adult primary care and adult urgent care with a person-centered approach. With 16 years of experience, she focuses on what matters to each individual, shaping plans that reflect their goals, values, and clinical context. She adheres to established standards of care while tailoring each plan to the individual.

A family nurse practitioner and adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, Dr. Poston earned her DNP, FNP, and BSN-RN from Robert Morris University and completed her AGACNP at Kent State University. Most of her career has been in hospitalist medicine, and she served for many years as Chief Practitioner of the Department of Medicine at a large academic quaternary care center. She is certified by AANP and ANCC.

Her approach to care is highly individualized and person-centered. She values genuine connection and meets people where they are, with the belief that mental and physical wellness form the foundation of a fulfilling life. She enjoys partnering with individuals who are invested in their long-term health and overall well-being."
