I am dissatisfied that I waited over an hour at the pharmacy and my prescription was written incorrectly and I could not collect it. My daughter could not return to school today because she did not get the prescription.

Lorie isn’t the best listener. After reading her notes from our appointment, she documented more than several things that were incorrect, even so far as getting my medical history incorrect and documenting incorrect things about my medical team (PCP, etc) as well. She felt overall dismissive and that might be a product of her not understanding what was said or she prematurely made up her mind. In general, I would highly suggest scheduling with a different provider.Lorie isn’t the best listener. Lorie is always friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and listens to what you have to say. I've been seeing her for over a year and won't see anyone else.

I needed immediate help with my stomach pains, and when scheduling my appt. I clicked on the "emergency medicine" option, though all I got was a recommendation to go to urgent care? Very disappointed.
