She was very knowledgeable and punctual. She listened to me and my symptoms (in addition to my anxiety over this sinus infection morphing into pneumonia. She prescribed me the medicine that my primary care physician usually does when my infection gets this bad. She was enjoyable to speak with. I have never tried a telehealth provider before. I didn’t want to go to urgent care and have to wait for hours in a waiting room full of people who had the flu 😷.
