Only thing work excuse note she wrote did not cover dates and therefore I’ll have to pay for another doctors visit. Even if I think it’s just a sinus allergy reaction treatable with OTC meds, I am required to have a doctors note. She did a great job, have great advice, and was very professional

Overall, the care I received was exactly what I needed, and I already feel better. However, the video appointment started off a bit uncomfortable due to the provider's demeanor, which came across as somewhat judgmental. While the care itself was effective, I'm unsure whether I would choose this provider again in the future.

Came off very rude wanted to talk over my concerns only softened after religious reviews were made. Constantly rolling eyes and explained my choice wasn’t really the best option for me but she will do it anyways. Should be more kind and understanding. Of the patients well being and care.

I come here to avoid having to go to the doctor every three months for my prescription, not for a religious sermon. She has also made this markedly more expensive for me now that I have to come back next month. If you want someone with the bedside manner of an inquisitor after the Reconquista, she is a decent choice. Polite and professional

Dr. Raymond is very knowledgable and thorough in her assessments. She is punctual, but she makes good use of the allotted time frame. I will be seeing her a regular basis.

I was a little late due to problems with the appointment link, but she was still thorough and answered my questions with the time we did have.

Waste of money and time not as advertised

Overall it was a decent experience. Not happy with communication after the visit. My Rx was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I had clarified which one I wanted it sent to in a message, but it was disregarded. Just a little inconvenient.
