Melissa was thorough and answered all my questions. She made me comfortable using Sesame Care for the first time.

She was very disrespectful! She told me “ I’m not going to argue with you” because I had questions about understanding my care plan. She was very dismissive, talked over you, passive aggressive and nice nasty! I wouldn’t trust this women with breathing air over me the way she talks to patients! I truly don’t understand how people who have a passion for helping in healthcare can be so rude, nasty and short with people. Taking an oath and not doing it with a passion showed in this women. In my 30 years of life she has truly been disgusting!!she tried to make me feel incompetent.She was very disrespectful! Melissa was great! She is professional and friendly. I would have no hesitation in using her in the future.

She did help me, but I felt she was a little condescending in her language and knowledge to me.

Great clinician, always thorough

My visit with Melissa was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. She was disinterested in collaborating with the patient to create a treatment plan and I left feeling unheard and not listened to.

I've been using Sesame since the beginning of Covid. While my experiences have differed they were all good...except this one...I felt the provider was condescending and dismissive. She definitely talked over and down to me like I was ignorant or the village idiot. I will still use Sesame because I know this is not the norm.

I didn’t feel like the Dr would listen to my symptoms. She cut me off many times and told me we were out of time. I didn’t realise these visit were limited to only 15 minutes. I never saw that info when I was booking the visit.

The provider was 11 minutes late to the appointment while I was already in a big crunch of time.

Melissa always provides great care and is very thorough.
