Our Family Nurse Practitioner is Nicole Csiza, who has been a nurse since 2008. Csiza Health Care brings the visit to you, with the exception of DOT physicals. This type of practice offers several benefits.
First, it allows patients to be seen in the comfort of their own home. This is a significant advantage when you are not feeling well, and leaving home for treatment is the last thing you want to do, especially on cold, snowy, or rainy days.
Second, it provides patients with a comfortable and familiar environment. Patients are often nervous about seeing a provider in an unfamiliar setting, which can increase anxiety. Being in their own home helps them feel more in control and relaxed.
Third, it is convenient for patients who cannot drive or do not have reliable transportation for appointments. It is particularly helpful for parents with multiple children, as you don't have to pack everyone up and bring them with you. They can stay and play in the comfort of their own home.
Fourth, because we do not pay rent on an office, this reduction in overhead allows us to offer low cash-pay prices for certain tests and procedures. We also provide sliding scale visit fees for patients who are underinsured, uninsured, or whose insurance network does not include CHC.
