• $65 — complex/extended visits (multi-issue concerns, chronic condition review, hormone-focused concerns)

Many of the visit options listed on Sesame overlap. If your concern fits within routine telehealth care, you’re in the right place — I’ll guide the visit based on your symptoms and what’s clinically appropriate.
Common concerns I help with include:
• Prescription refills (non-controlled medications)
• UTI symptoms and vaginal/STD concerns (evaluation and treatment when appropriate)
• Cold, sinus, allergy, and respiratory symptoms
• Acne, eczema, rashes, and other skin concerns
• Men’s health concerns, including ED treatment
• Women’s health support — perimenopause/menopause symptoms, PCOS, and cycle concerns
• Routine lab review and next-step guidance (when applicable)
Safety note / visit limits
Telehealth has limits. If your symptoms suggest an emergency or you need an in-person exam, I will tell you directly and help you decide the safest next step. I focus on safe, evidence-based care and may decline requests that are not appropriate for telehealth.
