Renee truely listened to me and went above and beyond. She called the pharmacy and insisted that they recheck to see if my prescription can be filled that day, which I had access to within a few hours. I definitely will make additional appointments.

She respected my time by being on-time. She also listened. The last Sesame doctor I booked with spent the entire appointment lecturing me on what Asthma is and how it works. I didn't need the lecture; I've had it all my life. I'm so glad I found Renee Waugh because she actually listened to me. I would book with her again.
