Saaghe Fogwe, FNP

Saaghe Fogwe, FNP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both inpatient and outpatient care settings. She obtained her MSN degree from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and is dedicated to providing compassionate patient-centered care to all her patients.

Saaghe offers a range of services, including treatments for vaginal infections, urinary tract infections (UTIs), yeast infections and erectile dysfunction (ED). She also provides video consults for chronic disease management, diabetes care and skin concerns. To ensure continuity of care, Ms. Fogwe offers telehealth visits for both new and existing patients, as well as video prescription refill visits. Additionally, she provides video COVID-19 screenings and plantar fasciitis video visits to help patients assess their risk and address their specific health concerns.
